Cap Horn is a 13-storey new-build residence on the Duinbergen seafront, delivered in 2018. The residence is known for three traits that rarely come together on the Belgian coast: a corner east-south-west orientation for daylight from sunrise to sunset, a location on the most residential stretch of the seafront, far from the construction sites in the centre, and a level of architectural quality that was scarce in 2018 for new-build on the eastern coast. The duplex offered here occupies the top two floors.
